What dog walking services do you provide?

We offer private dog walks, midday potty breaks, exercise, playtime, feeding, fresh water, waste cleanup, and medication administration when needed. Visits take place at your home and are customized to your dog’s age, energy level, health, and routine.

Is dog walking recurring or as-needed?

Our dog walking service is designed primarily for pet parents who need recurring weekday care. As-needed visits are also available and depend on location, staffing, and schedule availability.

What days and hours do you walk dogs?

Regular dog walking visits are available Monday through Friday, generally between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Visits are scheduled within arrival windows rather than at an exact minute. Our earliest regular arrival window is 9–11 a.m.

Scheduled pet-care visits remain available 365 days a year, including holidays. Our office and customer response service are closed on holidays.

Which communities do you serve?

Simply Pets provides dog walking in Plainfield, Yorkville, Oswego, Montgomery, Aurora, North Aurora, Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles, and South Elgin.

Availability within each city depends on your address and our current walking routes. Submit an inquiry and we’ll confirm whether your home is within our service area.

Who will walk my dog?

Our dog-walking visits are completed by background-checked, trained, pet CPR-certified W-2 employees. We are a local team (not an open gig marketplace) and we maintain backup coverage when a regular walker is unavailable.

Are you insured?

Yes. Simply Pets is insured through Pet Sitter Associates.

What happens after each visit?

After every visit, you receive a written journal and photos through our pet-care app. Your update includes what your dog did, whether they went to the bathroom, and anything else you should know about the visit.

Do you offer boarding, overnight care, or late-night dog walks?

No. Simply Pets does not offer boarding, overnight dog care, or late-night dog walks. Our specialty is recurring weekday dog walking and midday potty breaks in your home.

What happens during extreme weather?

We provide care in rain, snow, cold, and heat, but your dog’s safety comes first.

When temperatures are below 20°F or above 85°F, outdoor time may be shortened or modified. In cold weather, a walk may become an outdoor potty break, indoor play or enrichment, and another potty opportunity before we leave. In warm weather, we also consider humidity, pavement conditions, air quality, and your dog’s age, breed, health, and tolerance.

Outdoor visits are paused during tornado warnings, lightning, or other dangerous conditions and resume when it is safe.

What is the cancellation policy?

Visits may be canceled at any time. Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before the beginning of the visit time frame will not be charged. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the beginning of the visit time frame are charged the full scheduled service amount.
