We know you’re busy—Get started in no time, today!

Our process is built for you – busy pet parents looking for that safe haven for your pet without the hassle of unreliability or delayed set-up time. We get it! Our set-up process and convenient online portal allows you to get set up in our system within minutes. With Simply Pets booking, you’ll be able to:

Request dog walking or pet sitting visits directly from your phone or computer

Receive journal updates on your pet after each visit, including photos and any notes from their day with us

Keep us in the loop with updates on your pet’s diet, medical history, routine, and preferences to ensure an enjoyable visit for everyone

Create an account & build your profile

Your online profile is where you’ll do everything—book, receive visit journals, update pet information—you name it! During this part of the process, you’ll also have the option to schedule a call with us so we can get your free Meet & greet in the books!

Book your 1st visit online & enjoy

Once your meet & greet is complete and you’re ready to book with us, you can do so directly from the convenience of our mobile app.

FAQs

Is it just one person or a team who will be visiting my pet?
Simply Pets works as a team to cover all pet care visits. This ensures you’ll be covered by team members who are familiar with your pet and that your pet will be familiar with every team member that enters your home. We recommend checking out our team page to see the team members that cover your area.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are proudly insured and bonded through Pet Sitter Associates.
Do you administer medication?
Yes, we do administer medication at no charge. We can administer both oral medication and injections, like insulin. Be sure to include the specific medication information when building your online profile, so we are aware.
How are payments made?
When building your client profile, you’ll be asked to input credit or debit card information into your profile (We accept all major credit cards). Payments are automatically charged every Sunday morning for the previous week’s visits.
Can you uphold the training protocols we are using with our dog?

While we are not dog trainers, we will be sure to follow any training protocols and/or and commands you use with your pet. Be sure to include that information in your dog’s profile as well as go over it with us during your meet & greet so our team can remain consistent with his/her care.

How do I get started?

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations sent less than 24 hours from the beginning of the visit time frame will be charged the full rate without credit.

What is the weather policy?
We will continue walks in all weather including rain and snow; however, we will cut outside time in extreme cold or heat and during thunderstorms. We begin to consider different types of visits when it is below 20 or above 85, depending on your particular pet. You can find more information about our policies in your client account agreement when logged into your client portal.
Do you offer visits longer than 30 minutes?
As of right now, we do not offer any visits longer than 30 minutes.
